Head Tracking for Desktop VR Displays using the WiiRemote
Using the infrared camera in the Wii remote and a head mounted sensor bar (two IR LEDs), you can accurately track the location of your head and render view dependent images on the screen. This effectively transforms your display into a portal to a virtual environment. The display properly reacts to head and body movement as if it were a real window creating a realistic illusion of depth and space. By Johnny Chung Lee, Carnegie Mellon University. WWII - Online!
World War II Online: Battleground Europe, also referred to as WWIIOL:BE, WW2OL or BE is a massively multi-player online first-person shooter and one of the best fly sims I know!
I've been playing this game for about 4 years now and I've tried many other's, but none come close to giving you the "feel" that is game can does, speically when it comes to the Air War, Navy or Tank cores when teamed up with a couple of your m8's or someone you just meat on Teamspeak, imho!
To it explain the game in a bit more detail;
It is a combined arms war simulation otherwise known as a virtual battlefield. A player can command or crew a variety of accurately modeled aircraft, armored fighting vehicles, anti-tank guns, anti-aircraft artillery, and naval vessels, or fight as a foot-soldier with a variety of infantry weapons. The game is played in real time along-side or against other players as German, British (UK) and French forces in a persistent world. Command structures and missions provide strategic and tactical layers while ranks provide a RPG layer by demonstrating leadership roles. WWIIOL online uses a ½ scale map of Western Europe with 30,000 km² of accurate terrain (800 m resolution satellite data). WoW...yeah 30,000 km²!
Here's a Ingame video made by some friends..I'm in there somewhere Call sign Main4ce, hope you like it!

Sports Tracker
Whether you're training for the London 2012 Olympics, the London to Brighton Charity bike ride, or going for a Sunday jog, the Nokia Sports Tracker is like having your very own Personal Trainer and Personal Navigator in your pocket.
Not that it'll shout at you for going too slowly of course, but whether you're running or cycling it will monitor and record your route, distance, speed, time, calories burnt and even altitude.
If that magical moment comes and you bypass a Kenyan athlete bent over double, and wish to record the moment for posterity, you can take a picture with your phone and pinpoint the exact spot where it was taken on your route.
And then, when it's all over and some feeling has returned to your limbs, you can upload your workout to your personal training diary, and then share it with your mates, assuming you wish to gloat of course.
Nokia Maps is a new service that helps you find nearby venues, and will soon enable you to locate your friends. Wherever you happen to be in the world and whatever you're looking for, with Nokia Maps you'll always know where you are.

TeamSpeak Overlay
Here a picture of the options settings of which the main ones are in the drop down box...I turn them all off apart from the Clock and the Speaker list where I've drop the Display time to 750ms:
I've been using this sweet little tool for years now and I'm very happy with it.
The only thing you need to watch is that with some games, when you exit TSO by simply turning it off and not hitting the disable button, it will cause your game to crash, close down and in doing so bring you to your Desktop.
Otherwise It Great and the perfect addon for any Gamer using Teamspeak!

The most infectious competition ever?!
Here's how it works. Go to www.residentevilextinctiondvd.co.uk to create your own zombie character.
On creation, your very own zombie will be placed in the infected pen where you can strengthen your character daily by feeding and exercising it. You'll need to get in there early as food is limited each day.
At 09.00 GMT on 18th February all the zombies will be released into live homepage takeover ads across the Internet. You will be notified by email as to what site your zombie is on.
Within that site your zombie can roam from one advertising format to another of its own accord!
Throughout the day, Alice will roam the internet killing off zombies at random. However, those who have strengthened their character will have a greater chance of survival.
Email updates will be sent out to zombie owners throughout the day, letting you know the current location of Alice. If you are killed off, you'll also be notified by email. The progress of the zombies will also be published on the site, with the eventual winner crowned at the end of the day.

Kwari Gameplay Demonstration
Kwari is a first-person shooter multiplayer online game, the first game of its kind with participants competing against each other for money. Players fund their accounts up front, buy "ammunition" from Kwari Limited, and are matched against other players of similar strength in groups of 16 to 64. A player who is hit pays to the hitter an amount that was arranged in advance (between 1 eurocent and 1 euro). Players can also earn money by collecting and holding various objects; "The Pill" is the most lucrative one and renders its holder visible to other players through walls. Players pay into a jackpot to be paid out regularly to the pill holder. Strict anonymity of the participants is ensured to avoid the possibility of real-world retaliation.
